Airport Motel Policies

Reception is open from 7.30am – 10pm. Outside these hours are by arrangement.
The normal checkout time is 10am. If you require a late checkout, please contact reception (dial 200), as we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that a late checkout is not usually possible during peak and busy periods. We can store your luggage for you if you require.
All rooms are serviced between 9am and 2pm. If you do not want to be disturbed please contact reception (dial 200).
If you require a complementary copy of the ‘Dominion Post’ to be delivered to your door, Monday to Saturday mornings inclusive, please advise Reception (dial 200) before 5pm.
There are no allocated unit carparks. Extra parking space is available in the car parking building, so please contact Reception regarding availability.
Guests are responsible for the noise in their units. Your visitors are welcome, but need to vacate the motel premise by 10pm.

We trust that you will be considerate of others staying at Airport Motel.
It is important that all the doors and windows are securely locked when you leave your unit.

Please also ensure that your door is locked before you go to bed at night.
Property left behind by guests is kept for three months. Guests are required to send a prepaid envelope / courier bag (to cover all delivery charges) to enable the return of property. Please contact reception to confirm item have been located beforehand.
All units are designated non-smoking. We provide a seating area in the undercover car park for smokers.
We offer a continental breakfast for $12 per person, it will be prepared the night before and delivered to your room to be eaten at your convenience in the morning. The breakfast menus are available from reception.

Please ensure that your breakfasts are ordered by 8pm the night before.
